Varations of OEE


This link lists the different programs of OEE that are currently found in the United States. It also states the advantages and disadvantages of each program and provides links to gather further information on programs’ effectiveness and contact information.

Most Outdoor Experiential Education programs require outdoor settings as well as small groups of students. Group sizes are ideally between 6-25 students. The following list describes examples of OEE programs, starting with the most common forms seen in the United States. Advantages and disadvantages are also listed in regard to using these programs as educational tools for the classroom.
