Winton Woods City Schools Superintendent Camille Nasbe wants her students to have an international perspective to their education. She has promoted this aim through the district to teachers and through curriculum as well as international partnerships with Chinese schools. The Winton Woods District also has taken advantage of visiting faculty from China to provide classes on Chinese language and culture to interested members of the community. They also had a summer camp for 25 visiting students from a Chinese Middle School and 25 students from Winton Woods. During their 15 day visit the delegation of Chinese students and staff participated in recreational, cultural, computer and language activities.
