Every semester Miami Senior Capstone Students enroll in this unique web based professional development experience. They organize into Content Action Teams (CAT) and a Technology Support Team. CAT members identify important areas of professional development and continuous improvement. They research their topics of choice and make final juried presentations to their peers, before their contributions are officially added to the pyramid. Each semester we photograph the associates and post their picture on the homepage of the Performance Pyramid. This section includes pictures from recent semesters.
