Individual must decide best media and software with which to best present their portfolio. Serious reflection is required by the creator in order to decide the best layout and the best visual presentation of their information and accomplishments. Easier to manage and present a large amount of information, especially artifacts, videos and audio tapes. Various methods of presentation (video, audio, graphic) can be used. Easy to shuffle around or reorganize parts of the portfolio as changes or alterations become necessary. Can be saved on such a small electronic device, not contained in large binders or folders, making it much easier to transport. Information is freed from paper, making it more organized, searchable, and transportable.
